What You Get: A Private Wine Tasting at WC Winery with Winemaker Jeffrey Doornbos, Ph.D
Where: WC Winery's Private Tasting Room
Details: You and a group of up to 10 of your friends will enjoy a fun evening of wine education and wine tasting. We typically sample between 7-10 wines paired with meats, cheeses, chocolates, and fruits. We start with our Sparkling Riesling, followed by a flight of 4 red wines (Cabernet, Sangiovese, Barbera, and Syrah), then we sample several wines that are currently being barrel aged and we end with tasting with our Blended 10 yr old Port.
